JC Boice is the National Director of NFA and a Lead Coach for several Major US Events and is also Managing Director for Canada QB. Coach Boice thrives on developing quarterbacks.
Raised in a football family, Coach Boice has played and coached the quarterback position for over 25 years. With a complimentary background in Mechanical Engineering, Coach Boice has risen as a premier quarterback instructor. Traveling throughout the US, Coach Boice is well known for building QBs that have improved arm strength, accuracy, speed of release, mental toughness, and preparation for high-pressure situations.
Coach Boice is a featured speaker for the Glazier Coaching Clinics, presenting to coaches on QB development and explosive passing game concepts. Coach Boice also is a regular consultant and motivational speaker on team-building and is focused on community-based mentoring and the development of life skills in young men through football.
Coach Boice also works outside of NFA as an active Team Coach having served as both a Head Coach and an Offensive Coordinator. In 2015 Coach Boice took over Victoria’s CJFL team the Westshore Rebels. Prior to Coach Boice’s arrival, the Rebels had been struggling with 5 straight losing seasons, but Coach Boice turned things around quickly. In 2016 the Rebels finished 10-1-1 and the #2 ranked team in Canada. Boice was named both the BCFC and CJFL Coach of the Year.
When not traveling training quarterbacks you will find Coach Boice with his wife Janiene and their five children Court, Karter, Brook, Jordan and Landon in Victoria, BC.
